Town of Ajax Council Chambers

Novita designed the systems and equipment for the Town of Ajax’s new council chambers. In addition to council and other meetings, the room also hosts events such as art shows, citizenship swearing in proceedings, and other special events.

Council meetings are broadcast by the local cable television company. Novita included systems for webcasting as well.

Other systems included monitors for each councilor, multiple cameras, audio in the adjoining hallway, and an overhead document camera. The system for the main projection screen includes the option to display different images on the screen and on individual monitors.
