Humber College Event Room

The Lakeshore campus of Humber College includes the adaptive re-use of a number of historic buildings which originally housed a psychiatric hospital. Since 1995, the College has been carefully restoring and renovating the campus, creating a gracious and beautiful setting for learning.

Novita designed AV and presentation systems for the Games Room, Events Room, Boardroom, and Lobby of Building K.

Designed as a multi-use assembly space, the Events Room can accommodate up to 450 people and hosts lectures, parties, exhibits, live bands (both local and touring acts), DJs, and small theatrical performances. A fixed audio reinforcement system, large format video display, and moving lights supports these uses.
